Sushi date!

For all you sushi lovers out there, try this at home guide to impress your date! It's easy, fun, and best of all...you can toss out the chopsticks and feed it to each other. What a romantic way to cook for your date!

Ingredients:
- Rice
- Rice vinegar
- Sushi seaweed
- Whatever else you want to put in (ex: cucumber, tuna, egg, avocado... etc.)

1. Put the plastic wrap on top of sushi maker (it will be easier to make it this way since the rice won't come out). If you don't have the sushi maker, substitute for another flat surface. Something "roll-able" would be best.

2. Put down the seaweed first, then spread a layer of rice.
3. Place your desired ingredients on top of the rice.

4. Wrap it up!

5. Cut into pieces.
(Tip: It will be easier to cut with a wet knife so it won't mess up the roll)

6. Voila! Ready to share and enjoy.

P.S: The leftovers can be easily stored for lunch the next day!
