Pasta Tortellini w/ Shrimp, Alfredo Beppo Bread, Italian Salad

Pasta Tortellini
  1. Boil pot of water
  2. Add tortellini
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon of garlic 
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil (if girl is watching ALWAYS free pour. Makes u look wayyyy more pro)
  5. Let boil for 6-9 mins then strain
  6. Add pesto sauce and heat
  7. Serve 


Shrimp
  1. 5tbs of vinegar for half pound of shrimp
  2. 1/2 tbs of garlic powder
  3. 1tbs of oregano
  4. 1 pinch of rosemary
  5. 2tbs of olive oil
  6. Let stand for few mins to marinate
  7. Whisk pot with olive oil
  8. Add shrimp and cook for few mins
  9. Strain and add to plate. Keep separate from tortellini


Pesto - Knorr mix
  1. Follow instructions on package
  2. Whisk with 3/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup of olive oil
  3. Constantly stir until boiling
  4. Make sure it doesn't become dry
  5. Add to the tortellini



French Bread / Baguette
  1. Cut about 1 inch wide slices
  2. Slice mushrooms 
  3. Spread Alredo sauce on bread with brush
  4. Place 2 mushrooms on each piece
  5. Sprinkle oregano & parmesan
  6. Place tray in oven for 10 mins. Check on it frequently. Once golden brown set oven to "broil" for 1 min. 
  7. Serve 


Alfredo Sauce
  1. Pour contents of jar into pot on stove to heat


Italian Salad
  1. Place pre-cut lettuce on separate small plate (not bowl, that way u can see garnishments more)
  2. Cut strawberry slices and add on top 
  3. Cut tomatoes and add
  4. Slice thin, long pieces of onion and add a small amount (half the amount of strawberries)
  5. Pour 1 1/2 tbs of poppy seed dressing


and VOILA!!!
