Tomato chicken spaghetti (1 person)




what should I prepare for my boyfriend/kids tomorrow for lunch?? 
still thinking this problem??? this is a perfect dishes to prepare for someone you love in a quick and easy way!!!


 
Ingredients:
-       One serving of Spaghetti
-       5 cheery tomato/ 1 tomato
-       Lettuce
-       Italian salad dressing with 1/3 tuna can (in water)/ (or you can try any salad dressing)
-        (Black pepper, cheese...)

1.     Put the spaghetti in the boiling water cook for 7 minutes then rinse it out.
2.     Clean and chop the tomato and lettuce
3.     Mix spaghetti and salad dressing with tuna together
4.     Put chop tomato and lettuce on the top

Cost: $3
Calories per serving:  320 cal.
